Who we are

The Malossi S.p.A. company was founded 1930 from Armando Malossi, born in Granarolo dell’Emilia on April 5th 1905 from a farm familly and last of nine sons.
From the begining Armando show a big interest for mecanic and engine and in order to increase his knowledge start a new job first in mecaninc company in Bologna and after Milan. In Milan he works for the company of Caproni, a company in vanguard in the aeronautical sector. When in came back in Bologna, he find work on F.lli Maserati company, manufacturer of races cars. His strong caracter and his entrepreneurship help him to start a new activity as repair of motorbike and bicycle and manufacturer of bike.
In 1946 the fisrt son Ugo Malossi came in the company and became General Director in 1957. Is Ugo Malossi who change the face of the company.  From repair to manufacturing special parts for motorbike.  In 1958 Ugo Malossi found the Malossi company and start the first proctions line. Today Malossi is  76 products lines.
In 1969 the second son Sandro Malossi came inside the company as Marketing Manager and control all the races. In 1986 Andrea and Alessandra Malossi, sons of Ugo and nepheuws  of founder, joins the board as Technical director  and Alessandra Commercial director.
